Introduction
These Terms of Service apply when you use the App2Growth website, submit forms, request a free prototype, request a quote, communicate with A2G, or engage App2Growth for digital work.
By using the website or working with App2Growth, you agree to use our services lawfully, provide accurate information, and follow any project-specific terms, accepted proposals, invoices, or written agreements that apply.
Services
App2Growth builds premium websites, web apps, mobile-first PWAs, business systems, CRM systems, dashboards, client portals, ecommerce storefronts, funnels, automations, AI-assisted systems, booking flows, payment flows, integrations, prototypes, design, development, deployment, support, and related digital services.
The exact deliverables, features, integrations, timelines, deployment approach, hosting, support, handover, and revision structure depend on the agreed package, proposal, invoice, or written project scope.
Free Prototype Model
Free prototypes are offered at App2Growth’s discretion. A free prototype is a preview or demonstration of direction, value, interface, user flow, and possible functionality. It is not a guarantee that A2G will deliver a full build for every request.
A free prototype does not transfer ownership of source code, design systems, frameworks, logic, assets created by A2G, project structure, build methods, software configuration, or underlying intellectual property.
Client-specific branding, logos, files, images, or assets supplied by the client remain the client’s property. The underlying prototype or build system remains A2G’s work unless ownership transfer is agreed in writing as part of a paid project.
A2G may reuse general methods, frameworks, layouts, components, workflows, and non-client-confidential logic in other work. A paid full build begins only once pricing, payment/deposit terms, and project terms are accepted.
Quotes, Proposals and Scope
Each project is scoped based on agreed deliverables. Anything not listed in the accepted scope is excluded unless agreed in writing.
Additional features, integrations, pages, design changes, admin modules, dashboards, automations, complex business logic, app store publishing, third-party setup, content writing, data migration, custom API work, or unusual technical requirements may be quoted separately.
A2G may advise on practical scope, but the final accepted scope controls what is included in the project.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information, content, images, logos, brand material, product information, access credentials, domain or DNS details, API keys, payment provider details, and feedback when required for the project.
Clients are responsible for timely approvals and responses, reviewing work carefully, and confirming that business information, claims, prices, product details, legal wording, and supplied assets are accurate and authorised for use.
Clients must have the legal right to use any assets, images, copy, brand material, data, software accounts, or content they provide to A2G.
Payment Terms
Full build work may require a deposit or upfront payment before work begins. Payment milestones may be required depending on the project size, package, or proposal.
Final delivery, deployment, handover, source/file transfer where applicable, admin access, or go-live support may depend on outstanding balances being paid.
Monthly hosting, support, maintenance, retained development, or admin coverage fees are separate where applicable. Third-party costs are normally separate unless included in writing.
Revisions and Change Requests
Revisions are included only as agreed in the project scope. Revision requests should be clear, practical, and consolidated where possible so the project can move efficiently.
Major design direction changes, new features, changed business logic, new integrations, extra pages, major content changes, or out-of-scope requests may require additional payment and timeline adjustment.
Third-Party Platforms
A2G may use third-party builders, APIs, payment processors, hosting platforms, domain providers, analytics tools, email providers, automation tools, AI tools, and integrations such as Base44, Stripe, Google tools, Cloudflare, and other software providers where needed.
A2G is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account issues, approval delays, API limits, platform restrictions, failed provider services, or other problems caused by third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
Client-owned materials remain client-owned. This includes logos, supplied brand assets, supplied images, supplied content, product information, and other materials the client had the right to provide.
A2G retains rights to its internal methods, reusable components, workflows, frameworks, build processes, know-how, design approaches, and non-client-specific systems.
Ownership transfer of final project files, admin access, deployment rights, or other deliverables depends on the agreed project terms and full payment. Nothing on the website or in a free prototype automatically transfers ownership of A2G’s underlying work.
Portfolio Rights
A2G may display completed work, prototypes, screenshots, project names, summaries, or case studies in its portfolio, website, sales material, or marketing unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.
Where a project includes sensitive or private information, A2G may use a limited public-facing preview or request approval for a more detailed case study.
Website Use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape aggressively, copy content or design unfairly, submit malicious material, interfere with the site, abuse forms, or use the website in a way that harms A2G or other users.
A2G may restrict, block, or ignore requests that appear abusive, unlawful, misleading, spam-like, technically harmful, or outside the intended purpose of the website.
No Guarantee of Results
A2G designs and builds digital systems to improve presentation, workflow, conversion potential, and business operations, but does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, traffic, leads, rankings, app approvals, funding outcomes, payment approvals, or business results.
Results depend on many factors outside A2G’s control, including offer quality, pricing, audience, marketing, operations, sales process, market conditions, third-party platforms, and client execution.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, A2G is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, data loss, third-party outages, platform limitations, client delays, missed deadlines caused by missing client input, or issues caused by incorrect information or unauthorised changes by the client.
A2G’s responsibility is limited to the services agreed in writing and the reasonable correction of legitimate issues that fall within the accepted project scope.
Termination
Either party may end a project according to the written agreement, payment status, and project stage. If a project is cancelled or paused, work completed up to that point and booked production time remain payable.
Termination does not automatically create a right to use unpaid work, transfer source files, remove outstanding balances, or receive ownership of A2G’s underlying systems.
